Quite a few new cars are lined up for 2011. There are especially great ones that are coming in the third quarter of this year. These are — McLaren MP4- 12C, Ford Boss Mustang, Mercedes SLS AMG Convertible, BMW 650i, Ferrari 458 Italia Convertible, Chevy Camaro Convertible, VW Golf R, Ford Focus ST and Buick Regal GS. All 9 cars are full of surprises and all quite unique in their own way. All of them are very attractive to look at with awesome features to boot. From high-powered exotics to family sedans and sporty hatchbacks, this year is definitely shaping up to be one of the best years to own a new car from any segment.
The McLaren MP4- 12C is renowned to be one of the most powerful supercars till date. It is a 3-passenger F1 car that just sways you from your feet and makes you feel as if you are on cloud nine. Its main rival is the Ferrari 458 Italia Convertible that has a lightweight carbon-fibre tub which comes along with twin turbo-charged 592- bhp 3.8 litre V-8 engines behind the cockpit. This F1 model has twin clutch sequential shift transmission which is the only gearbox available. On the other hand, we see the Ford Boss Mustang which is the refined and re-modelled version of the Boss Mustang that was originally conceived in the late 1960s.
The 200-engine parameter with improved throttle and torque along with improved suspension has been the revised model of the Boss Mustang which is now known as Ford Boss Mustang. The Mercedes SLS AMG is now available at $185,000 which has a set of ceramic brakes and is also powered by 571- bhp 6.2 litres V-8 coupled with a 7-speed dual clutch transmission. With suave exterior to match the swagger of the power-train, BMW has now come up with its revised model- BMW 650i. It has an impressive folding roof that catches your breath all the more. Over all, this year is shaping up to be all about cool new cars of all shapes and sizes.
